Dr. Brent Kay

Dr. Brent W. Kay, M.D., is a distinguished physician and sports scientist with over 30 years of experience, double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dr. Kay has worked with over 100 world champion athletes, helping them achieve peak performance and optimal health.

His impressive career includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center, leading the OUCH Sports Medical Center, and directing his professional team to numerous Olympic and world championship medals.As an accomplished athlete himself, Dr. Kay brings a unique blend of medical expertise and real-world experience to his innovative approach to health, fitness, and performance.

the medical and athletic fields:
